We aim to dispatch all products the same day, if we have received your order by 14:30hrs, if after it could be the following day. For UK parcel deliveries we use a Next Day Carrier service and for the smaller items Royal Mail recorded delivery. All deliveries will have to be signed for but Please remenber to sign "Unchecked". Our Price Policy All prices are subject to alteration without prior notification. Saying that, we try to give at least 30 days notice of any Price changes, unless the US$ Dollar has moved by more that 2%. In these cases which are rare, the Price changes are with immediate effect. All official quotations are held for 30 days. If the price has changed we will advise you in advance of shipping. All prices that we quote are VAT EXCLUSIVE and where applicable UK VAT will be added to all UK orders.
Supply to NON EC Member states or any business with a Valid European Members VAT number will be VAT free. All others will be charged the applicable UK VAT rate. UK Mainland Delivery charges are extra.
All non UK mainland orders the delivery charges will be quoted on an x-works basis.
Product Availability We spend a lot of time and effort to ensure the popular products featured are in our UK stock or if direct delivery we have stock in our Far East warehouse. However sometimes this may not occur mainly due to a product being very popular and in these cases we may occasionally go out of stock. Not all models featured are stocked in the UK warehouse. When we are aware of this we will advise you as soon as practically possible of when the product will be available.
Product descriptions, specifications and images The information included on our site has been supplied by our Factory or from the manufacturer or their agent. We do check all we can, but No claim to accuracy of these statements and no liability will be accepted by PSI Displays Ltd for any mistakes arising. We do on occasion use similar images when the correct one is not available E&OE. Please note that all items on this site are covered by Copyright and permission is required in writing to download any information or images.
Our Returns Policy In all honesty we find that very little actually goes wrong with our carefully selected high quality products. We find that when a customer has purchased an item which is new to them, they unfortunately do not read the instructions and try to operate it themselves, thinking they know best. (with men it's some macho thing not to read the book). Frustration then arrises because it does not work and the equipment is blamed, on some occasions the item has actually been damaged in the process of experimentation. However 99.99% of the time the equipment is working perfectly. So please read the instructions first. If you do believe it's not working properly please email or Telephone us (see "Contact us" in the above menu) with FULL details and our technical team will advise. We reserve the right to charge for units sent back that are damaged through miss-use or found to be fault free. We do not accept any products back, unless they are faulty, except if agreed previously in writing. If acceptance has been agreed (and the unit and packaging is in Mint condition) a minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Do not send it back to us as without a returns authorization number (RMA) on the outside of the parcel as it will be refused. Also at the time we issue the number we will advise the correct address for that product that it should be returned to.

This policy standard describes the way that environmental management is to be performed throughout PSI Displays Ltd. It sets out the aims and objectives and the documentary framework for the management of the environment as defined in the Health and Safety and environment policy statement set out by PSI Displays Ltd.
PSI Displays Ltd's objective with regard to the environment is to ensure that we understand and effectively manage the actual and potential environmental impact from the activities that we do. We will comply with all the legal requirements in areas where we carry out our business to prevent damage to the environment.
We will achieve and demonstrate sound environmental performance through the identification and control of the impacts of our activities and services on the environmental consistent with the overall environmental policy and objectives.
Introduction
This Environmental Management Policy Standard is concerned with achieving and demonstrating sound environmental performance through the identification and control of the impacts of our activities and services on the environment consistent with our environmental policy and objectives.
Through the implementation of this policy standard business units will be provided with the assurance that their performance meets and will continue to meet their legal and policy requirements.
Commitment and Objectives
PSI Displays Ltd's objective with regard to the environment is to ensure that we understand and effectively manage the actual potential environmental impact of out activities. Our operations will be conducted with due consideration being given to sustainability and the limited use of natural resources. We will comply with all the legal requirements in areas where we can carry out our business to prevent damage to the environment.
Our commitment extends to all our activities, which have the potential to adversely effect damage to the environment. We aim to prevent environmental damage, minimise energy and resource usage and ensure that the principles of sustainable development are operated throughout PSI Displays Ltd operations.
We will therefore:
a) Identify the significant environmental aspects and impacts from current and relevant past activities and services and where we have direct control or can be expected to have an influence, implement an appropriate environmental management system.
b) Minimise and where reasonably practical eliminate any adverse impact on the environment arising from the activities of the business.
c) Minimise the use of energy, resources consumed and waste produced while undertaking our business activities in a safe professional manner.
d) Support the reduction, reuse and recycling of materials and ensure the legal disposal of all waste arising from the activities of the business.
e) Comply with the legal requirements and where appropriate go beyond compliance, with the minimum environmental requirements of legislative bodies and our customers.
f) Make appropriate resources available to manage the environment and ensure human resource roles, responsibilities and authorities are defined.
g) Ensure that all staff, whose work may create a significant impact upon the environment, are provided with adequate and appropriate information and training, and are competent in environmental matters.
h) Inform and train our staff in understanding and fulfilling their environmental responsibilities and those of their company.
i) Establish and measure environmental performance against objectives and or targets.
j) Regularly review our environmental management system at a senior management level with a view to continually improving our environmental performance.
Principles
PSI Displays Ltd Senior managers are committed to improved environmental performance through the issue of policies and objectives, which highlight management of the environment and the need to ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
PSI Displays Ltd facilitates a culture of environmental stewardship and sustainable development through the recognition, of the impacts of its activities and service provisions on environmental conditions and the adoption of practices that eliminate or reduce environmental impacts and where predictable generate positive environmental impacts.
We will ensure that wherever we are operating and whatever activity, we will do everything possible to prevent pollution of the environment, minimise the use of energy, conserve natural resources and reduce waste.
The primary focus for environmental management rests within the business unit, ensuring that all significant environmental aspects and impacts are identified and satisfactorily dealt with and employee input is sought.
Personnel are assigned the accountability and responsibility to address environmental performance.
Where activities are subject to legal control and statutory legislation it is the responsibility of those managing the operation to make themselves fully conversant with such controls and legislation and to take such steps as may be necessary to ensure compliance.
Requirements
Environmental Management System All business units and divisions within PSI Displays Ltd Ltd will operate an effective Environmental Management System appropriate to their business based on the latest requirements of ISO14001. Where we are not full in control of the operating environment, environmental management may be met through operating to their environmental management system.
The Environmental Management System will ensure that the significant environmental aspects and impacts of the business units activities and services are identified, taking into account planned new developments and applicable to legal requirements and how these requirements apply to the environmental aspects are also identified.
Objectives and targets for the improvement of environmental performance are to be established along with a programme for the achievement.
Environmental Management Operation
Resources essential to the operation and improvement of the management system will be provided and all staff will have clearly defined roles, responsibilities and authorities.
Staff will be adequately trained and competent to carry out the tasks they are required to do. Staff and others working on behalf of the company will be aware of the significant environmental aspects and related actual or potential impacts associated with their work.
Business units will plan those operations that are associated with identified significant environmental aspects and ensure they are carried out under controlled conditions.
Management will ensure that when obtaining services from external sources such as contractors, those contractors have a sound understanding of environmental issues, recognising their potential for causing environmental damage. Products and materials purchased should be from sustainable sources with an emphasis on using recycled materials wherever possible.
Business department managers will identify potential emergency situations and potential accidents that can have an impact on the environment and how it will respond to them. All incidents will be attended to immediately they occur with the aim of containing any environmental damage thereby reducing the effects to a minimum. Emergency procedures will be clearly defined, established and regularly practised wherever there is high risk of causing significant environmental impact. All incidents will be reported, recorded and thoroughly investigated.
Environmental Assurance
Where we operate within our Environmental management System all business will undertake:
a) Environmental Surveys will be carried out upon initial acquisition of the site/ contract to identify potential problems that could lead to environmental damage.
b) Environmental Monitoring will consist of a regular programme of audits of the Environmental Management System.
c) Environmental records will be a requirement of the environmental Management System and they will form the basis for providing assurance to the business and the corporate Assurance group of the effectiveness of the system.
d) Risk Assessment will form an integral part of the Environmental Management System and with due consideration being given to the environmental aspects and impacts, the corrective/control measures being applied proactively will reduce the likely hood of adverse environmental impact.
e) Management Review will be carried out at planned intervals by top management to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the environmental management system. The outputs from management reviews will include any decisions and actions consistent with the commitment to continual improvement.
Responsibility and Authority
This policy standard is issued under the Development Manager of PSI Displays; responsibility for the implementation is set out below:
a) Responsibility of the achievement of this policy lies with the Management team.
b) Management are responsible for the implementation of this policy in everyday work and ensure that resources essential to the effective implementation for this policy standard.
c) All staff are responsible for the ownership and undertaking of their environmental management functions in accordance with the Policy standard and for its implementation within the framework of PSI Displays procedures and directives.

Introduction General
This Quality Management Policy Standard sets out a framework for the development and implementation of a Quality Management System to meet the requirements of the PSI Displays Ltd's Management system.
This Policy Standard is applicable to all activities undertaken by PSI Displays Ltd. This Policy Standard is issued under the authority of the Development Manager of PSI Displays Ltd.
Objective and Commitment
The overall quality objective is to ensure that PSI Displays Ltd delivers consistent high levels of service throughout our extensive and diverse business worldwide.
PSI Displays Ltd is committed to implementing appropriate quality management systems and processes to enable the delivery of the highest practicable quality products and services.
We will therefore:
a) Clearly understand the current and potential future requirements and expectations of our customers.
b) Work closely with our customers and suppliers to achieve business and quality objectives.
c) Deliver products and services of the highest practicable quality, reliability and consistency that meet our customers' requirements.
d) Implement quality management in a systemic and planned way through the application of management systems that support the delivery of the business plan.
e) Educate and train our staff to support the delivery of high quality work.

Quality management Statements
Operating companies will, as an integral part of the management business, develop and implement appropriate quality management systems that address the following elements.
a) Quality management- ensuring a formalised, explicit and proactive approach to systematic business management in meeting its many responsibilities within the provision of business and operating in respect of all business services that are under PSI Displays Managerial control. It will include, as its foundation, a statement of quality policy defining the business units, fundamental approach to managing quality. It will be based upon common principles which will enable the company to identify its strengths and weaknesses, provide for valuation against generic models and external recognition, provide a basis for continual improvement.
b) Quality responsibility - ensures that everyone involved in the quality aspects of the business has clearly defined responsibilities and that managers are responsible for the quality performance of their organisation.
c) Quality priority - ensures that it is recognised that the quality issues do not take precedence over health, safety or environmental issues, rather than quality management system actively supports those management elements.
d) Quality Objective - ensuring that while supporting the business service, the principal quality objective is to set the standards that will deliver a consistently high quality of work throughout the business activities, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and continual improvement in the level of service provision.
Quality Achievement
Within the operation of the Quality Management Systems, the business will ensure:
a) Competency - Staff are adequately trained. Motivated and competent for the job they are required to do.
b) Quality management responsibility - A Quality manager is identified with organisational responsibility, for the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System and is responsible for reporting to the highest organisational level of the business.
c) External Services - The selection and approval of externally provided services will be controlled by the quality management system procedures, thus ensuring that the companies health, safety and environmental culture is not compromised and staff, customers and third parties are not put at risk. Provision of these external services will be subject to regular review.
d) Quality Failings - All failing of the Quality Management System which have or could have resulted in non-compliance with the associated standard will be investigated and corrected at the earliest opportunity. This action recognises that serious non-compliance could compromise the very management systems that the Quality Management System was designed to control and could result in removal of certification by the assessment body.
Assurance
Within the operation of the Quality Management System, the business will ensure that:
a) Quality Audits - are carried out by internal auditors. These audits will be subject to a planned schedule that will audit all the management systems against the requirements of the relevant standards. All audits will produce a detailed report identifying any areas of non-compliance and specifying the corrective action required.
b) Quality Records - are to be maintained throughout the Quality Management System operation, as a basis for providing quality assurance to all associated with, responsible for/or dependant upon the business provided, and to the corporate Assurance Group and/or accreditation body.
Quality promotion
Within the operation of the Quality Management System, the companies involved in the business or business activity will ensure that:
a) Training - Appropriate training is provided to all those involved in the operation in support of the quality Management System.
b) Lesson Dissemination - Lessons arising from quality audits/ assessments are disseminated widely within the organisation at management and operational levels.
c) Quality improvement - All staff are actively encouraged to propose solutions to improve both the Quality management System and the quality of service delivery within the business.

Our Guarantee All products purchased at PSI Displays Ltd are fully guaranteed against a manufacturing failure. Our Price Policy All prices are subject to alteration without prior notification. Saying that, we try to give at least 30 days notice of any Price changes, unless the US$ Dollar has moved by more that 2%. In these cases which are rare, the Price changes are with immediate effect. All official quotations are held for 30 days. If the price has changed we will advise you in advance of shipping. All prices that we quote are VAT EXCLUSIVE and where applicable UK VAT will be added to all UK orders.
Supply to NON EC Member states or any business with a Valid European Members VAT number will be VAT free. All others will be charged the applicable UK VAT rate. UK Mainland Delivery charges are extra.
All non UK mainland orders the delivery charges will be quoted on an x-works basis.
Product Availability We spend a lot of time and effort to ensure the popular products featured are in our UK stock or if direct delivery we have stock in our Far East warehouse. However sometimes this may not occur mainly due to a product being very popular and in these cases we may occasionally go out of stock. Not all models featured are stocked in the UK warehouse. When we are aware of this we will advise you as soon as practically possible of when the product will be available.

Our Returns Policy In all honesty we find that very little actually goes wrong with our carefully selected high quality products. We find that when a customer has purchased an item which is new to them, they unfortunately do not read the instructions and try to operate it themselves, thinking they know best. (with men it's some macho thing not to read the book). Frustration then arrises because it does not work and the equipment is blamed, on some occasions the item has actually been damaged in the process of experimentation. However 99.99% of the time the equipment is working perfectly. So please read the instructions first. If you do believe it's not working properly please email or Telephone us (see "Contact us" in the above menu) with FULL details and our technical team will advise. We reserve the right to charge for units sent back that are damaged through miss-use or found to be fault free. We do not accept any products back, unless they are faulty, except if agreed previously in writing. If acceptance has been agreed (and the unit and packaging is in Mint condition) a minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Do not send it back to us as without a returns authorization number (RMA) on the outside of the parcel as it will be refused. Also at the time we issue the number we will advise the correct address for that product that it should be returned to.

Where we are not full in control of the operating environment, environmental management may be met through operating to their environmental management system.
The Environmental Management System will ensure that the significant environmental aspects and impacts of the business units activities and services are identified, taking into account planned new developments and applicable to legal requirements and how these requirements apply to the environmental aspects are also identified.
Objectives and targets for the improvement of environmental performance are to be established along with a programme for the achievement.
Environmental Management Operation
Resources essential to the operation and improvement of the management system will be provided and all staff will have clearly defined roles, responsibilities and authorities.
Staff will be adequately trained and competent to carry out the tasks they are required to do. Staff and others working on behalf of the company will be aware of the significant environmental aspects and related actual or potential impacts associated with their work.
Business units will plan those operations that are associated with identified significant environmental aspects and ensure they are carried out under controlled conditions.
Management will ensure that when obtaining services from external sources such as contractors, those contractors have a sound understanding of environmental issues, recognising their potential for causing environmental damage. Products and materials purchased should be from sustainable sources with an emphasis on using recycled materials wherever possible.
Business department managers will identify potential emergency situations and potential accidents that can have an impact on the environment and how it will respond to them. All incidents will be attended to immediately they occur with the aim of containing any environmental damage thereby reducing the effects to a minimum. Where we operate within our Environmental management System all business will undertake:
a) Environmental Surveys will be carried out upon initial acquisition of the site/ contract to identify potential problems that could lead to environmental damage.
b) Environmental Monitoring will consist of a regular programme of audits of the Environmental Management System.
c) Environmental records will be a requirement of the environmental Management System and they will form the basis for providing assurance to the business and the corporate Assurance group of the effectiveness of the system.
